About Boukje Cuelenaere
Boukje, sociologist, is a member of Centerdata’s management team. She serves as deputy director and is responsible for the HRM Policy and Quality portfolios. In addition, she holds final responsibility for the LISS panel team and acts as team lead for the Behavioral research and Target group research teams.
Boukje has nearly 40 years of experience in research on labor, social security, and income policy, as well as over 25 years of experience in leadership roles. Her research work has regularly focused on themes such as absenteeism due to illness, HR policy in organizations, and work disability. She has extensive experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methods, including studies that combine the two approaches. Boukje has provided interview training at various research agencies to optimize qualitative data collection.
Before joining Centerdata, Boukje served as director of AStri Policy Research and Advice and as division manager at ECORYS.
