About Marika de Bruijne
Marika de Bruijne is senior researcher at Centerdata. As project manager, she supervises survey studies for scientific and social markets. Together with the Centerdata team, she works on European projects such as SHARE (Survey of Health, Aging, and Retirement in Europe) and ESS (European Social Survey), which collect data using the DataCTRL survey tool suite of Centerdata.
Marika studied Business Administration at the Technical University of Lappeenranta (Finland), with a minor in Information Technology. After graduating, she worked at a market research company from 2001 until 2005. In 2015 she obtained her PhD at Tilburg University on survey methodology, specifically the design of questionnaires for the multi-device internet.
Marika’s interest lies in particular in the development of new techniques for data collection and research support.
